Editor's Note: This year marks the 30th anniversary of the country's implementation of paired-up assistance in the Xizang Autonomous Region. In the last three decades, talents asisting the development of Xizang warmed the hearts of every Tibetan person in every corner of Xizang like the tough and passionate Galsang flowers.

To help develop the 216 Round-Kunlun-Mountain Self-driving Route of cultural tourism with China Mobile’s resources, Zhao Xiaoyang coordinated with Xizang Mobile to add seven new base stations in Gerze County and four base stations in Rutog County. He also actively promoted the inheritance of “SI KHOR Clothes”, the intangible cultural heritage in Gerze County, solving the problem of employment of some people.
