In May 1951, the 10th Panchen Erdeni Chos-kyi rGyal-mtshan, presented a gift to Chairman Mao Zedong. The dedication adopts a brocade hardcover concertina binding, comprising a total of nine folds and measuring 135 cm when unfolded, written in Chinese.

The 10th Panchen Erdeni Chos-kyi rGyal-mtshan expressed his utmost respect for the Central People’s Government and Chairman Mao in his dedication. He then stated, “Xizang is an integral part of Chinese territory, which is recognized worldwide.”
